San Diego

Nate and I went home to San Diego this past week for a little vacay/baby shower. We had such an amazing time. We got to see old friends, hit up the beach, and I took 3 pure barre classes in 4 days(I'm still recovering). It was so nice to see Momma Kay and Pappa John. As always, momma Kay spoiled me rotten. Or should I say, spoiled Sadie rotten! She made so many beautiful things for Sadie, including a rug for her room, a beautiful seat cover for the shopping cart, blankets, socks, hats, and much more...I'm very lucky to have such a talented mother-in-law.
My niece, Emma, came down from AZ with my mom. She is 6 yrs old and the most adorable little thing you've ever seen. She and Pappa John really hit it off when she came for our wedding in October, so she was very excited to see him again. Everytime Pappa John would sit on the couch, she would say, "I'm gonna go snuggle with Pappa." The two of them even went to see Toy Story 3 together. I have such amazing in-laws and I love them so much!
Nate left Sunday to go back to Houston and I drove to AZ with my mom. I'll be here till Friday. I was in desperate need of some Momma and Me time.
